Rental Property Lawn Care

Cut Rite Lawn Care recently completed a landscape update to a rental property in the Chapel Hill & Carrboro area. We removed quite a few old shrubs and overgrown weeds. We transplanted the shrubs to the landlords other property to save her money.

Part of the update to the landscape included planting new shrubs. We added mulch and generally cleaned up the whole landscape. This helped the owner keep her tenants happy with the appearance of the property. Our Carrboro and Chapel Hill Lawn care and maintenance projects help to not only keep up the aesthetics of a rental property but will also help the landlord command a competitive price in the future.
